Recently, a technical team of Glensol, supporting BP Azerbaijan’s offshore operations, have participated in a fundamental 5-day operations and maintenance training by a foreign industry expert. The course was aimed at enhancing the members with the basic technical aspects of client's critical equipment and their operationalization.

Glensol supports a well-integrated approach to customer satisfaction and highlights the significance of comprehending the workings of client’s gear. Accordingly, the training course has increased both theoretical and visual literacy of the participants. On fourth day, the team visited Glensol’s one-stop-shop workshop to study gas turbine parts that they have studied, and the essentials of borescope inspection.

With the expertise of an ex-Rolls-Royce trainer who first delivered training programmes in Baku at the very start of the BP operation, the program has offered an insightful and enriching experience for the participants.

At the last day of the program, the team members gained some more technical knowledge at Glensol’s city office.
