In September 2015, Global Energy Solutions and Denholm Valvecare (UK) Limited has established a joint venture GVL to deliver support solutions for the full life cycle of valves in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries.

With support from parent companies the new Joint Venture will provide high-class valve maintenance services, including among others valve overhaul and repair, valve diagnostics, maintenance engineering.
